Yakamoz S-245 is about a group of marine biologist researchers who must fight to survive as a conspiracy comes to light during a solar apocalypse. It’s a spin off of another Netflix series called Into the Night.

In Into the Night, survivors on an overnight flight from Brussels race from city to city trying to stay ahead of the sun by remaining in the cover of night. In Yakamoz S-245, the depth of the ocean conceals them from the suns rays.

Arman, a free-spirited dive instructor and marine biologist, is set to join a research mission aboard a submarine. Before his mission, people who are exposed to sunlight begin dying. Everyone must do everything they can to avoid any sunlight. Arman gathers his crew and board the submarine to survive.

In this case, it on an old submarine called the Yakamoz S-245. The sub was about to be decommissioned when before the incident.

As the researchers are trying to figure out what’s happening above, they notice things aren’t quite right. They begin to wonder what the crew’s true mission is. Tensions arise between the researchers and the submarine crew. Things are especially tense between Arman and the sub’s second commander, Umut.

At the end of it all, Arman will learn that he is a hero, a leader and a legend.

This was supposed to be Yakamoz’s last mission. But it became Noah’s Ark.
