Years later, a high schooler, Shinjiro Hayata, notices he has special powers. He has unbelievable jumping skills and super human strength. One day, he finds out the reason for the powers. The organization who aided Ultraman, the SSSP, reveal to him that his father was once Ultraman. Shinjiro inherited both the powers and the Ultra Suit from him.
One night Shinjiro is attacked by the alien, Bemular. With dangerous aliens in Hayata, it falls to Shinjiro to pick up the torch. But in working with the SSSP as the new Ultraman, Shinjirou finds himself wondering how far is he willing to go to help people.
