About Tekken: Bloodline
Tekken: Bloodline is a new video game based anime set to debut on Netflix. It is the origin story of Jin Kazama and the events prior to the video game Tekken 3. The series will tell how Kazama became one of the greatest fighters in The King of the Iron Fist Tournament.
At an early age, Kazama learned the family’s self defense arts, Kazama-Style Traditional Martial Arts from his mother. A monstrous evil appeared and destroyed everything dear to him. He was powerless and it changed his life forever. At that point, he vowed to seek absolute power to take revenge. His quest will lead him to The King of the Iron First Tournament.

- Jun Kazama – Jin’s mother
- Heihachi Mishima – Jin’s grandfather and head of the Mishima family
- Kazuya Mishima – Jin’s father
- King – Mexican luchador who supports the welfare of orphans
- Leroy Smith – American fighter seeking revenge on the Mishima family
- Ancient Ogre – Creature seeking to absorb powerful beings
- Paul Pheonix – One of the strongest fighters in the world
- Ganryu – World famous sumo wrestler
About the Video Game
The Tekken video game franchise is a 3D fighting series that began exclusively on PlayStation in 1994. There are ten main titles and another eight spin offs. Netflix will use the same 3D animated motions in the anime adaptation.
