Russian Doll Season 2 Trailer
About Russian Doll
Russian Doll is a comedy-drama about a woman named Nadia living her version of Groundhog’s Day.
Nadia (Natasha Lyonne) is a chain-smoking video game developer ready to celebrate her 36th birthday. While out, she gets hit by a car and dies, only to wake up in the bathroom of the party she just left. She thinks she dreamed the whole thing. As she walks back to the party, she falls into an open cellar door and dies. Only to way up in the same place. She’s stuck in a time loop.
Each night she is the guest of honor at her birthday party and each night, she dies. When she awakens, she is unharmed as if nothing had ever happened. She tries to uncover the reason behind her bizarre situation when she meets Alan Zaveri (Charlie Barnett). He is stuck in the same predicament.
Together, they try to solve the mystery of the loop so they can move forward in time.

Ok, now that’s out of the way on to the second season. Nadia and Allen finally escape the loop. During the last loop, Nadia notices that there are difference each time the loop resets. Both of them realize that the time itself is damaged and seems to glitch.
They make a plan to return to the deli where they first met each night until they re-create the right circumstances to escape the loop. In the last episode, Nadia notices fewer people at her party. This must be the right circumstance. At the end of the episode, things appear to be back to normal.
