The Flight Attendant Season 2 Trailer
About Flight Attendant Season 1
The Flight Attendant is a dark comedic thriller based on the New York best selling book of the name by Chris Bohjalian. The series focuses on Cassie Bowden (Kaley Cuoco). Cassie is a flight attendant who wakes up in the wrong hotel, in the wrong bed with a dead man. She has no idea what happened.
Cassie is an alcoholic who drinks during flights and spends her time having sex with strangers, including passengers. After flirting with one of the passengers, she spends the night in his hotel room in Bangkok. The passenger is businessman Alex Sokolov (Michael Huisman). When she wakes up, he is dead with his throat slashed.
She cleans up the hotel room, then joins the other airline crew at the airport. When they arrive in New York City, the FBI is there to meet her. The agents question her about the layover in Bangkok. But she is unable to piece the night together. Because of her lifestyle, she suffers from intermittent hallucinations about what happens. Knowing she didn’t do it, she wonders who the killer might be.
Eventually, Cassie uncovers a criminal conspiracy that got Alex killed. She becomes a target of the FBI and Alex’s killer. With the help of her co-worker, Shane (Griffin Matthews), and her lawyer, Ani (Zosia Mamet), Cassie is exonerated. Throughout the ordeal, Cassie must deal with the root of her alcoholism. She learns it’s from trauma and joins Alcoholics Anonymous. With Cassies able to move on from her past, she is sober and offered a job at the CIA.
