In the spotlight today is the new Netflix movie, True Spirit. It’s based on the incredible true story of Jessica Watson. The 16-year-old had dreams of becoming the youngest sailer to travel the world alone.
Watson wrote a book, True Spirit, chronicling her adventure. She completed her trip entirely alone with some advice over the radio. In the limited series, viewers journey with Watson as she embarks on her 23,000 nautical miles voyage around the world.
